Daniel has been involved in the Property-Finance sector since 2005 and is Co-founding Director of Hodgestone Finance.
Daniel’s expertise includes procuring & structuring funding solutions covering Commercial Mortgages, Short Term Finance including 2nd Mortgage & Caveat Lending, as well as structuring funding for Development & Construction Projects, including introducing Mezzanine Finance where need be.
Whilst completing a Double Degree in Property & Applied Finance at the University of South Australia, Daniel worked as a Research Analyst for a national Valuation Firm before moving into Commercial Valuations with international property firm CB Richard Ellis, where he also attained the qualification of Certified Practising Valuer with the Australian Property Institute. Daniel’s Property Valuation experience extends throughout Australia, with a particular focus on development projects.
